You may request for your order to be sent by Registered Mail (additional $2.24).
International Orders
Shipping/handling will be charged according to AirMail or Parcel Rates given by Singapore Post.
For Air Mail, we will automatically add S$2.24 for Registered Post.

We will confirm shipping/handling charges via email before asking you for payment.
Orders will only be mailed out AFTER we have received payment.
We will NOT be responsible for packages lost in the mail.
By Hand Delivery (Singapore only)
Order amount $50 and below - Courier charge of $8
Order amount $51 to $100 inclusive - Courier charge of $4
Order amount above $100 - Free courier
Delivery will be made within 3 working days from the time the courier picks up your pkg.
Timing of delivery is on weekdays between 9 to 6pm.
No deliveries on Sat, Sun or Public Holidays.
For URGENT / SAME-DAY / within CBD delivery (regardless of order amount) - Flat rate of $10
Self Collect
You may collect your order at 8 Chin Terrace S(509878) in Changi Area.
Pls note that self-collection of orders is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
Direct credit (Singapore only) - preferred Bank in your payment to our account by one of the following options:
Internet banking
DBS/POSB ATM funds transfer
Cash deposit at DBS/POSB cash deposit machines or DBS/POSB bank counters
We will contact you via email on the bank details for payment.
Please send us a copy of your bank remittance or transaction code after you have done the transfer/credit as proof of payment.
SGD dollar cheque
Please cross your cheque and make it payable to "Parent Me Right", with the words "or bearer" crossed out.
Pls write your NAME and INVOICE NUMBER at the back of the cheque.

We apologise for not being able to accept post-dated cheques.
Credit Card (USD for overseas orders only)
We accept credit card payment through PayPal.
We will contact you via email on the Paypal details for payment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Items that have been washed, worn, stained or soiled cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if you tried it on and it doesn't fit you, you may contact us to ask for exchange (subject to availability).
The Mooncup cannot be exchanged or returned. However, you may contact us if you are really unhappy with your Mooncup.
Books, Potties and Toilet trainers cannot be returned or exchanged, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Moms In Mind Demo VCDs are not returnable.
Delivery and shipping fees are not refundable.

Within Singapore
Mail: Postage both ways are charged to you
Courier ($16 per 2-way trip): Courier will pick up item from you and pass you the new one.For exchanges within CBD area, CBD surcharge of $4 applies.
Self-collect: Bring your item to our listed address and exchange on the spot (by appointment only).
Overseas Orders
Shipping charges both ways are charged to you
